Hello, I've been catering for 15 years, I started from the bottom (kitchen porter) and made my way to the top. Becoming head chef plus also consulting on the odd occasion. I have great managing skills, communication skills and consulting skills. I've also worked from 2 rosette food standards, with Scott Harrison and John Burton Race at Grand hotel, to also head chefing at the award winning steak restaurant of the South West at Cotton Eye Joe's. I've been in the newspaper twice, plus also couple of restaurants use my recipes that i was happy to provide from my own menus that I've created and successfully used.
